Joseph P. McAninch (2 April 1821—9 March 1907) was born in Casey, Kentucky, one of |
twelve children of Samuel and Polly (Skidmore) McAninch. Joseph married Elizabeth Jane Quiett |
on 21 May 1845 at Paris, Illinois. Joseph and Elizabeth had ten children [Note 5 /Frank], |
some of them spending all or much of their lives in Ringgold county and several of them, like |
Joseph and Elizabeth, either being buried or having offspring buried in Ringgold cemetery. |
