“The petition of Margaret McAninch Administratrix of . . . William McAninch late of Franklin |

Township in said County Senior deceased . . . William McAninch lately died intestate leaving your |

petitioner, his widow, and without lawful issue . . . at the time of his death seized and in possession |
|
of . . . land situate in the said township of Franklin adjoining lands of John Brown, George B. |
|
P[ankins?] estate and Gabriel Philibert Loeben, containing twenty acres or thereabouts, having a |

square log house thereon erected and two or three acres cleared . . . Subject to the payments |

(in work) of about fifteen dollars of the purchase money to the said John Brown . . . this |
