This indenture ... between John McAninch of the one part and John Amis of the other part ... |

the sum of one dollar to me in hand paid and the other considerations hereinafter mentioned in |

trust ... five head of horses, one waggon[sic] and gear, sixteen head of cattle and forty head of |

|
stock hogs, after leaving out my pork hogs and also a pare[sic] of carryLog [sic] wheels and |
|
|
all the appendages. |

To have and to hold the same for the purposes herein provided in trust and no other use |

whatsoever |

That is whereas Jordan |

[pg.560] Whitley has become my security by endorsement on a note dated the 30th October |

1840 and due the first day of February 1841 and payable at the office of the Planters Bank of |
