This indenture made this 8th day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred |

and thirty one between John McAninch of the County of Giles and State of Tennessee of the one |

part and Robert S. Harris of the county and state aforesaid of the other part |
|
|
Witnesseth … two hundred dollars … certain tract or parcel of land situate lying & being on the |
|
|
West side of Richland Creek in the County of Giles aforesaid |
|
|
Beginning bounded and butted as follows on a Cedar Jesse Beasley’s North W. corner on the |
|
|
east boundary of the Buncomb tract running 1st North one hundred and six poles to a hackberry |
|
|
Elm & Ironwood 2nd West sixty seven poles to two cedars Elm & Ironwood 3rd South one hundred |
|
|
and six poles to two cedars in John Williamson’s North boundary line 4th East to the beginning |
|
|
containing forty three acres and twenty two poles |
