  Immigration records, and Naturalization records, are important pieces of the McA/I/Ninch story

  in North America. Fortunately, there are some good indexes now available, and these articles

  summarize records of immigration to the east coast by ship, and of court naturalization records.

  "C 19" is a common reference for the nineteenth century (the 1800s), history, archaeology, etc.
