Henry McAninch’s Will was probated on 6 Oct. 1856, Jackson County, Ohio, leaving everything |
to his wife Mary, with Mary and son-in-law Eli Moore named as Executors, and, at Mary’s death |
“any amount of my estate which may remain in her possession unexpended be equally divided |
between my heirs, that is to say, one third part to my daughter Ann Tilden wife of David Tilden |
[sic, Tilden, not Tilton], one third part to Sally Moore wife of Eli Moore, and one third part to the |
heirs of Nancy Noel late wife of Philip Noel.” [Note 17] |
