Patrick Shea has written the story of his early McIninch family (Robert McIninch and Elizabeth |
|
Colgon) that emigrated to Ontario, Canada, in the early 1800’s. Both of the spellings McA/Ininch |
|
appear in the early records in County Antrim, Ulster Province, northern Ireland, although the family |
|
in Canada has always used the McIninch spelling. Patrick has traveled through County Antrim, and |
|
researched the early story in Ireland himself, as well as providing a well-documented set of sources |
|
and endnotes. Thank you, Patrick, for all of your hard work and dedication to your family’s history. |
