In pursuance of a warrant dated April 12th, 1838, granted to John McNinch [sic], now for the

 

use of Asa Freeman. Surveyed on the 10th day of May 1838, the above described tract of land

 

containing one hundred and five acres and one hundred and thirty-two perches and  

 

allowance of six percent %. Situate in Franklin Township, Armstrong County, N.W. of the

 

Allegheny River.
