This indenture ... the thirtieth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven Between Margaret McAninch Senior Administratrix of William McAninch of Franklin Township, Armstrong County and State of Pennsylvania of the one part, and Gabriel Philibert Loeben of the County and State aforesaid Gentleman of the other part Whereas by indenture ... twenty- seventh day of December A.D. one thousand eight hundred and thirty between Thorson [name ?] Campbell and Elisabeth his wife and John Brown Esq. of the Township of Sugar Creek, County and State aforesaid Witnesseth ... Campbell and Elisabeth his wife did convey unto ... John Brown ... land situate in Buffalo Township now Franklin [sic] [land description same as in 1837 Deed, above] Containing one hundred and twenty four and three-fourths acres and allowances of six percent +c [etc]. [list of deeds same as in 1837 Deed, above -- Commonwealth of Penn., 22nd day January A.D. 1792, to Andrew Porter; Andrew Porter and Elisabeth, 18th day of March A.D. 1812, to George B. Porter Esq; (with) Sarah (H. ?) his wife, 14th day of February A.D. 1828, to George Berts; Jacob Mechling Esq. formerly High Sheriff, 26th of September A.D. 1829, to Thorson (name ?) Campbell, recorded in the County of Armstrong in book Volume 7th page 440 and 441 on the 22nd day of March A.D. 1832] Whereas by indenture dated the twenty-fifth day of September A.D. 1837 ... did convey unto Margaret McAninch Senior, [sic] Administratrix of William McAninch, by ... John Brown ... land situate in the County of Armstrong ... Witnesseth that the said Margaret McAninch Amninistratrix of William McAninch for ... the sum of one hundred and twenty dollars ... have [sic] granted, bargained, sold, aliened [sic], enfieffed, released, and confirmed unto the said Gabriel Philibert Loeben ...
