Rush of the County of Hendricks and State of Indiana of the other part ... [for] Five hundred fifty dollars lawful money of the United States ... parcel or lot of land ... the County of Hendricks ... |

Provided ... the said partys of the first part their heirs executors or administrators shall [pay] or cause to be paid unto the said partys of the second part ... five hundred and fifty dollars on or before the seventeenth day of April in the year Eighteen hundred and forty seven then the foregoing indenture ... shall cease and be null and void. But in case of non payment .... partys of the second part their heirs executors administrators or assigns Shall and may foreclose the Equity of redemption in this Indenture ... have hereunto [set] their hands and affixed their seals the day and year first above written. |
