and Ambrose Butt of the County and State afsd [aforesaid] witnesseth that the above |

named McAninchs for a consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars to them in hand |

payed [sic] by the said Ambrose Butt before the selling of these presents whereof the |
|
said Jonathon, William + Jesse McAninch and George McAninch attorney in fact for |
|
Samuel McAninch for the receipt of the same doth acknowledge that they have this |
|
day bargained and sold to the aforesaid Ambrose Butt and do hereby bargain sell + |
|
deliver to the said Ambrose Butt one hundred and forty-three acres of land being a |
|
part of a tract of 286 acres lying in part in Pulaski + part in Casey County on the ridges |

of the Rock Lick Fork of Fishing Creek and bound as follows to wit |
