1795: Articles of agreement made between Charles Campbell of Westmoreland County and

        State of Pennsylvania of the one part and John McAninch of the County and State

        affor[said] of the other part

        Witnesseth ... Set unto said John and his heirs and assigns, a certain tract of land ...

        north and west of the Allegheny River in Allegheny County for the term of five years

        and after the settling of the same ... John McAninch doth covenant ... to make ...
